"We have been impressed with BPAC since day 1. After 15+ years at another vet office, we felt that our geriatric pug needed a different set of eyes. From the start, the entire staff (from the front desk/reception to the techs to the doctors), our questions were answered with thought and care. The level of compassion and insight is so impressive and we never feel rushed or dismissed. We also have a 5 year old dog and a new puppy and at every age, the care from BPAC has been amazing. Our calls are answered or returned in a timely manner and there are always options for us to see a doctor or tech without extensive wait times. I cannot recommend this clinic enough!"
